- Castletown Residents Association was establishedby thresidents in 1976. It consists of with 694 houses built on 15 roads, on approx. 88 acres of land.
- It includings, a 24 acre woodland, a stream, a pond, 3 historic structures, and a 650 meter long field.

- All this is built on part of Castletown or (Castleton) Demesne lands beside Castletown House.
- The Estate was taken in charge by Kildare County Council in 2007
