Road Reps will hopefully come on board to represent residents' concerns on issues relating to each road/area of the estate. Woodview Gary Phipps The Elms Sheila Lambe The Walled Gardens Fifi Smith The Drive Jennifer Higgins, Kathy Walter The Avenue Dan O Shea Cherrywood Pat Mc Cormack 'Adopt an Area' Initiative With so many different areas within our large estate to cater for, we are seeking people who will 'adopt an area' which is of particular interest to them. For example, someone who lives beside one of the areas listed below might give a small amount of their time to clear weeds, pick up litter etc. in that particular area. We do not expect anyone to take this on if it becomes a burden. We hope, eventually, to have a few interested people for each area so that we can look forward to a more continuous high standard, rather than intermittent clean ups. We also hope to run a yearly competition for the best kept area, similar to the Tidy Estates Competition, providing that there are enough volunteers for this work.
